History Innovation for “White Ink”
After three years continuously researching, we finally study out the newest technology, printing on black t-shirt. This new technology has obvious advantages than white ink printing:
1. Better air/water permeability

Why water or air could not go through the White Ink Printing image?
In principle, white ink technology is printing a coat of resin on textile, and the resin can not permeate air or water. While, our New Technology printing is using a special method to change the textile’s molecular structure, and to change black into white, so, the printing is same feeling as textile itself; it can surely permeate water and air.
As we know, perspiration is very important to our healthy. For example, perspiration can eliminate toxin, recuperate blood pressure, etc. Especially in summer, when we wear T-shirt, good air and water permeability is very important for perspiration and our healthy.
2. Best image keeping
Our newest technology is to change the textile’s molecular structure, and to change black into white. So, the new technology printing image will keep no change forever, even be washed everyday. While, the white ink printing is to print a coat of white resin and white granules, so, if you wash times, it may be broken.
3. Special Effects
Using this new special technology, you can print unique effects, which could never be compounded by any colors. Such as vintage effect, non-mainstream effect, and so on. Following is some printed samples; I think there should be some ones amaze you!
4. Extremely Low Costs
Using our new technology, printing one A4 full size image only costs 0.5ml ink, which is only 25% of the pigment white ink printing costs. And as we know, white ink is easily jam ink nozzles, and changing a printer head costs very expensive. It is a common problem in the white ink printing technology, because its ink’s granule is 1μm-2μm. While, our new technology printing is water based dye ink, the ink’s granule is only 0.01μm-0.02μm . So, there is no opportunity to get jammed with our technology.
